Payments
Which payment options are available?
We accept all major credit & debit cards (Visa & Mastercard), as well as Instant EFT. All transactions are securely processed through our encrypted payment gateway to ensure your data remains safe.
Deliveries | Click & Collect
When can I expect my delivery?
We process and dispatch orders Monday through Friday. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a notification with your scheduled delivery window.
What are the shipping costs?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location & order size.
How long does delivery take?
Main Centers: 2–4 business days.
Regional & Outlying Areas: 5–7 business days. Please note that lead times may increase during high-volume sale periods.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. We do not offer international delivery at this stage.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link. You can use this to monitor your parcel's journey in real-time.
How does Click & Collect work?
Simply select "Click & Collect" at checkout. Please wait for our "Ready for Collection" email before arriving. To collect your items, you must present your Order Confirmation email & a valid ID.
Where do you deliver?
We provide nationwide delivery across South Africa. If your specific area is not appearing at checkout, please reach out to our support team for help.
What if I'm not available for delivery?
Our courier partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time or reattempt delivery.
Returns Processing
What is your refund & exchange policy?
We offer a 30 Day return window for items in their original, unused condition & packaging. Please note that certain items, such as sale items or perishables, may be ineligible for return or exchange.
How do I start a return?
To file a return, please contact our support team at info@chenshia.co.za with your order number & the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions & a return authorization.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive & inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
Customer Support
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images, and our team will resolve this promptly.
How can I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@chenshia.co.za. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order is with the courier, it must be handled as a return.
