All returns are subject to a quality inspection before approval.
Return Shipping & Fees
Unless your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
· Return shipping costs are customer responsibility
Estimated collection fees:
· Below 10kg: R99
· 10kg – 15kg: R150
· 15kg – 20kg: R450
· 20kg – 30kg: R799
· Above 30kg: Quoted
Alternative:
You may return items directly to our warehouse to avoid shipping fees.
Restocking Fee:
A 5% handling fee applies to “change of mind” returns
(Waived for defective or incorrect items)
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives:
· Damaged
· Defective
· Incorrect
· Not as described
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
If confirmed:
· We will arrange collection at no cost
· You will receive a replacement or full refund
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity, the following cannot be returned unless defective:
· Cosmetics, perfumes, and opened beauty products
· Underwear, swimwear, socks, and earrings
· Unsealed bedding, nursing items, and PPE
· Food, beverages, and consumables
· Digital products (vouchers, downloads)
· Personalised or customised items
· Assembled flatpack furniture
· Items marked Final Sale (50% off or more)
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
· Refunds are processed to your original payment method
· Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Please note:
· Delivery fees are non-refundable
· Returns must meet all conditions to be approved
Warranty (CPA)
All products include a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased via platforms such as Takealot, Amazon, Makro, Loot, or OneDayOnly,
please initiate your return through that platform directly, as their policies apply.
Returns – Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Is there a restocking fee?
A 5% handling fee applies to “change of mind” returns. This is waived for defective or incorrect items.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will arrange collection at no cost and provide a replacement or full refund once confirmed.
Can I return items bought on Takealot or Amazon?
Items purchased via third-party platforms must be returned through that platform, as their return policies apply.
Can I return an assembled product?
Unfortunately, assembled items (including flatpack furniture) cannot be returned unless defective.

You can arrange a collection through us or return the item directly to our warehouse once your return is approved.
