Agreement & Order Acceptance

 

By placing an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase products from Chenshia.

A binding agreement is formed only once your order has been confirmed, dispatched, and delivered.

Please note:

· Adding items to your cart or wishlist does not reserve stock or confirm pricing.

· All orders remain subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

· Product unavailability

· Pricing or listing inaccuracies

· Suspected fraudulent or irregular activity

Where payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly.

 Pricing, Products & Availability

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at 15%.

While we take great care to ensure accuracy, occasional errors may occur. Should a product be listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

We aim to represent our products as faithfully as possible. However:

· Variations in colour, texture, and finish may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

· Natural materials may feature subtle markings or variations, which form part of their character and are not considered defects.

All products are subject to availability. Should an item become unavailable after purchase, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

Payments & Security

Your security is of utmost importance to us.

All transactions are processed through trusted, secure third-party payment providers. Chenshia does not store or have access to your banking or card details.

While we implement appropriate safeguards, no online system can be entirely secure. By transacting with us, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

Delivery, Risk & Responsibility

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you efficiently.

· Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

· Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

· Orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments where necessary.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership transfers once the goods have been delivered and paid for in full.

You, or an authorised representative, must be available to receive and inspect the goods upon delivery.
If no damage is recorded at the time of delivery, the goods will be deemed to have been received in good condition.

 

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Our Returns & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Warranty

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act:

· All products carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty excludes:

· Normal wear and tear

· Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage

· Incorrect assembly or handling

Change of Mind Returns

We understand that preferences may change.

Returns are accepted in line with our Returns Policy. A 5% handling fee may apply to cover inspection and repackaging costs.

 

Product Use

Chenshia products are designed for personal and domestic use.

Use in commercial or industrial environments is undertaken at your own risk and may affect applicable warranties.

 

Third-Party Fulfilment

From time to time, certain products may be fulfilled through trusted third-party partners.

In such cases, additional terms and conditions may apply.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including imagery, branding, text, and design — remains the exclusive property of Chenshia.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chenshia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the product purchased.

 

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
