Shipping Policy

Your order is handled with care from the moment it is placed to the moment it arrives.
We’ve designed our delivery process to be reliable, efficient, and aligned with the standard you expect from Chenshia.

Delivery Areas & Shipping Fees

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

· Delivery location

· Order size and weight

Standard Delivery

· Orders under R1000: Shipping is calculated at checkout (from R99)

Complimentary Delivery

· Orders of R1000 or more qualify for free delivery 

Outlying Areas

· Deliveries to remote or farm locations may:

o Require a custom quotation 

o Be subject to extended delivery timelines

Large & Bulky Items

· Orders exceeding 30kg, including furniture, may require a tailored delivery quotation

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Order Processing

· Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

· Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

Estimated Delivery Times

· Main Centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban): 2–4 business days

· Regional Areas: 3–6 business days

· Outlying Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our Brackenfell warehouse, you will receive:

· A tracking number 

· A tracking link to follow your delivery

Collection Option

Orders may also be collected directly from our warehouse.

Address: 1 Capricorn Way, Northpoint Industrial Park, Brackenfell South, 7560
                Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 16:00

Collection is available once you have received your “Ready for Collection” confirmation.

 

Delivery Responsibility

To ensure a smooth delivery experience:

· Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address 

· Ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the order

We are unable to accept responsibility for delivery delays or failures resulting from:

· Incorrect or incomplete address details

· Customer unavailability

· Courier-related delays beyond our control

Split Deliveries

Where necessary, orders may be dispatched in multiple shipments, depending on stock availability or fulfilment location.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts:

· The parcel may be returned to us

· A re-delivery fee may apply 

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

· Please note this on the courier’s waybill at the time of delivery 

· Contact us promptly at info@chenshia.co.za 

· Include your order number and supporting images where possible

We will address the matter with urgency and care.

Delivery Limitations

· We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses 

· A valid physical address is required for all deliveries

Third-Party Fulfilment

Certain products may be fulfilled via trusted partners.

Where orders are placed through platforms such as Takealot, Amazon, Makro, Loot, or OneDayOnly,
their respective delivery policies and timelines will apply.
