- Cleaning: Allow the oven and stone to cool completely. Wipe the oven with a soft, damp cloth and scrape residue from the stone with a plastic scraper or wooden spatula.
- Care: Do not soak the stone, place it in the dishwasher or use detergent on it. Avoid steel wool, abrasive cleaners and rough scouring pads.
- Storage: Keep covered in a dry, sheltered area and check the chimney, legs and moving parts regularly.
